The Norwich Training Institute is bringing together a team of professionals who stand ready to meet the training needs of your organization. President Susan Dlouhy has worked for the last thirty years building a successful track record of supporting individuals with disabilities with strong leadership and creative problem-solving.

Unique in its diversity of professional trainers and customized sessions, Norwich Training Institute offers flexibility for your busy organization. We will meet your objectives with full and half-day training sessions provided by some of the best in the business.
All training can be customized for the convenience of your organization. Select one full-day training for an in-depth exploration into a single topic, or select two half-day sessions that capture the unique training needs of your personnel.
Meet our training professionals:
Susan Dlouhy, MRC, CRC, LPC is the President of Norwich Consulting Services. She has a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The Ohio State University. She is the current Administrator for the Ohio Association of Adult Services. She is also a CARF surveyor and adjunct instructor for Columbus State Community College in the Human Services Department. >>more info
Jennifer H. Haywood, LISW, LICDC received her MSW from The Ohio State University. She specializes in addictions and dual diagnosis assessment and treatment. She has had a variety of work experiences in the field, and has been a trainer and presenter since 1998. >>more info
Patty Mitchell, M.F.A. is a working artist and social entrepreneur specializing in collaborations between artists with and without developmental disabilities. Designs from collaborative artworks are translated into product with a focus of creating employment for underserved populations and funding streams for continued programming. >>more info
L. Danyetta Najoli, M.A., CIP is a facilitator and personal coach. Danyetta earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and has specialized training in organizational development and coaching. Danyetta provides training for community and governmental agencies within the DD field. >>more info
Scott Osterfeld, LSW is the President and CEO of Osterfeld Consulting, a principle based educational and consulting company that provides education and training in the human service field. Scott graduated from Miami University with a M.S. degree in Family and Child Studies. >>more info
Jackie Teny-Miller, LPCC received her Masters of Science in Education from The University of Dayton. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified MANDT trainer. Jackie has dedicated her career to advocating and supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities. >>more info
