Susan Dlouhy is the Founder and CEO of Norwich Consulting Services. Her innovative approaches help organizations develop realistic solutions that apply to today’s business climate.  She is the co-author of Upcycling Sheltered Workshops (Ohio University/Swallow Press).  Susan assists agencies with strategic planning, leadership development, staff training, and program design. As an independent consultant, Susan has successfully written and administered grants for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, Ohio Arts Council and Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council.

Susan has worked for more than thirty years in a variety of administrative roles supporting people with disabilities. Since starting Norwich Consulting Services in 2001, she served as the administrator of a statewide provider organization, co-founded a new statewide provider organization, hosted training events, and been a sought after presenter on a variety of topics related to supporting people with disabilities. She has also served as the interim director of seven non-profit organizations. Her passion is transforming sheltered workshops to places of “creative abundance.  Ms. Dlouhy obtained her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The Ohio State University in 1984.
